I watched as my Sister and Brother in law turned this former rental house into a beautiful home. Purchased in 2017, and used as a rental for years, this house needed some TLC. Over a few years, the flooring was redone and new carpeting throughout, new exterior paint as well as a brand new roof. The kitchen and downstairs bathroom was given a face-lift. The basement was dynamically finished with entertaining in mind. The backyard…the backyard was amazing! With a full covered patio and privacy blinds, faux anti-microbial turf, fans and a hot tub with privacy wall, it was built for comfort and luxurious relaxation. This home saw years of family events, hosted the most memorable holidays, saw new pets become family members and said goodbye to beloved pets when the time came.

Once the kids got a little older, they decided it was time to downsize. I knew I had to pull out all the steps as this home had more square footage than any other in this subdivision and was during a tough time of year. It was staged to perfection and the photos and videos turned out beautifully.
