These Buyers were referred to me by a mutual friend in Denver in May of 2025. They were initially going to move to Denver from the East Coast for their careers. After a few months of Zoom calls and their visit to Denver, they were approached by a company out of Salem, Oregon. It’s funny how the universe will put the right people in your path at the right time since Colorado and Oregon are the 2 states I service. After a few months and a couple of Oregon visits, 2 areas were narrowed down, West and SE Salem. They originally were under contract on a nice home in W Salem, however the appraisal came back $10,000 short and the Sellers were unreasonable, so they had to walk away. But things always work out for the best and a few weeks later, they were under contract for this Lennar new construction home. This one had more of the boxes checked and they were able to customize a few things to truly make it theirs. The builder was great to work with (other than a few characters, ask me for more info) but otherwise they went above and beyond for a few items and it was appreciated. I’m so happy they have found their new home in Salem and I know they are going to enjoy all the PNW has to offer!
